We offer in-house repair services and warranty claim facilitation for selected items only. Typically for current items that fall into our official mainline brands.

If your item is not something that falls into the brands we carry, then please check with us first before bringing it in.

You do not need an appointment to visit us, However we do take bookings for auditions.

If looking for an audition we ask that you contact us prior to your visit so that we can make sure there are no scheduling conflicts.

The showrooms are open Tues - Sat, from 10am - 5.30pm

The live 'Chat with us' function is monitored within these operating hours. If your enquiry is outside of these hours we will get back to you within the next working day.

We don't buy any used hi-fi outright - we can however value them as trade-ins against a new purchase.

Yes! And trade-ins also dont need to be like-for-like (i.e, if you are buying a new amplifier, your trade-in doesnt ened to also be an amplifier).

We try to be as fair as possible when valuing trade ins. Please do get in touch if you are interested in a value for your kit.

We can repair a select amount of hi-fi products - typically from brands that we are a registered dealer for.

We cannot guarantee a repair on anything but we are happy to asked the question and can determine if a repair is within our capacity - so please feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more.

We deliver our audio products throughout the UK using well known couriers such as DHL, UPS.

We can deliver worldwide upon request - please get in touch if you require shipping outside of the UK.

We offer free shipping to mainland UK addresses on all orders above £100*. Small orders (<£100) are charged at £5.00 (Royal Mail Tracked / Express Courier Service) per order.

*We sometimes have to make certain exceptions to particularly large items such as larger TV's that require palletisation. We will always contact you in advance to let you know about any shipping charges.

Yes! you can select to collect your online order from either our Aberdeen or Glasgow Showrooms.

Currently we deliver our TVs only to customers in Scotland. Due to their fragile nature, the costing of shipping to other parts of the UK is prohibitive at present.
